Shatavari and Fenugreek for Breast Enhancement

Here are two of my favorite herbs for breast enhancement:

1. Shatavari

Shatavari (asparagus racemousus)  is a herb found in most parts of India, Sri Lanka and the Himalayan region. It has been used for 

 

many centuries for the health benefits it provides, among them regulating women's reproductive hormones.



 

The name Shatavari means she who possess a thousand husbands relating to the power that Shatavari has in helping the ovaries produce many quality eggs.
 

Shatavari is phytoestrogenic and has been used to enhance production of estrogen. This property is what is useful in improving the size of small breasts.

Shatavari  can be taken in powder form, tablets or capsules. I used the brand in the picture (I'm not advertising for them (smile)). For best result use for 2 to 3 months.

2. Fenugreek

Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek is another herb used for centuries in India for improving female curves.

 

Fenugreek is also a phytoestrogen that can be taken internally as a tea, in capsule form, or added as a spice to your dishes.

 

Some people grow fenugreek and eat the leaves.

 

Fenugreek can also be applied externally to the breasts as fenugreek oil. The oil can be mixed with a little scented body lotion to mask the smell and massaged gently onto the breasts morning and evening.

Fenugreek can also be made into a paste by mixing fenugreek powder with a little water and applying gently on the breasts. Do not massage the paste onto the breasts -the powder would feel like some exfoliating scrub on the tender breast skin.

Leave the paste on for about 15 to 20 minutes and wash off with water. I only did this when I could as it was time consuming.

Fenugreek has blood sugar lowering properties so exercise caution when using it.

The one thing I didn't like is the maple syrup smell which comes off the skin and also on to the clothes!

Know Your Body

As I said in an earlier blog get to know what works well for your body. It would be wise for a woman to consume phytoestrogens in the first half of their cycle at the time the body is also producing its own estrogen.
